Introduction:

This 9 month online blended learning programme launched by Gujarat National Law University [GNLU] focuses on a vital aspect of drafting. Drafting of Legislative documents is a process by which the government of the day [be it state or central] converts its policies into legislations. Drafting of legislative documents is an important step in the life cycle of legislation. The quality and accuracy of legislation is only derived from the way it is drafted.

Aims:

  •     To Provide excellent writing skills for drafting top quality legislative documents
  •     To help participants understand terms of a legislation
